Our Security Operations Center (SOC) operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Is designed to ensure the security of your information systems by monitoring and managing vulnerabilities, alerts and incidents.
The service is structured in three levels:
Level 1 – Monitoring/Operation: This level is responsible for monitoring and managing events, alerts and vulnerabilities, ensuring a rapid response to any situation that may compromise security.
Level 2 – Analysis and Incident Management: Here we conduct in-depth analysis and effectively manage any security incidents that arise, using our experience and expertise to mitigate risks.
Level 3 – Continuous Service Improvement: At this level, we focus on the constant evolution of your security. We identify needs, create new use scenarios, integrate sources and provide advanced support to ensure your systems are always one step ahead of threats.
In addition, we offer a comprehensive set of services within our SOC:
- Setup: Includes the service start-up project, with the deployment of security solutions such as SIEM (Security Information Event Management), as well as the definition and implementation of service processes, such as the Incident Response Process and reporting.
- SOC (Security Operations Center): We offer a 24/7 service for monitoring, vulnerability management, alerts and cybersecurity incidents, guaranteeing an immediate response to any threat. We also provide and manage security solutions as a service (Cloud SaaS), such as Vulnerability Management and Managed EndPoint Detection & Response.
